Must-Have: 1 year of travel experience required or work experience with Varian and ARIA post-graduation
Description: Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments. Perform treatment simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Prepare equipment for patient treatments, performing quality control and assurance tests. Ensure proper infection control techniques are adhered to. Practice optimal radiation safety and protection techniques. All activities reflect relevant philosophies, objectives, and standards of practice. Provisions of quality patient care and environmental safety are essential. Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff. Review of absence situations such as communicable diseases or hospitalization will be considered with supporting evidence. A strict attendance policy applies. Absence from scheduled shifts or lateness beyond 20 minutes will lead to immediate termination after three occurrences.
