Radiation Therapist

Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• 2+ years of radiation therapy experience
• ARRT (T) certification
• 1 year travel experience or work experience with Varian and ARIA
• Preferred: TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy experience
• BLS certification (AHA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
• Perform treatment simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and prepare equipment for patient treatments.
• Conduct quality control and assurance tests, ensuring proper infection control techniques and optimal radiation safety practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff to uphold standards of practice and enhance patient care.
