We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join one of our Manhattan properties.Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 10:30pm - 7am. Monday & Tuesday - off.Essential duties and responsibilities:Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guestsExceptional customer serviceTrack packages and dry-cleaning itemsAnswering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the buildingMaintain a clean work spacePossess a good working knowledge of the local areaMonitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveriesKeeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-siteMaintain logbooks for visitors and contractorsObserve monitors for suspicious activitiesKeep track of keys when neededAssist management with request for residentsQualifications, skills, and abilities:High School diploma or equivalentMust be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink systemExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMust be well groomed and display a positive attitudeAvailable to work weekends and holidaysClinton Management is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
