This position involves providing care to patients in their homes. The schedule consists of 8-hour days, five days a week. The therapist will visit up to six patients per day. The standard is to achieve 30 productivity points daily. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. No weekend work is required. The facility does not require on-call shifts. Travelers will not need to float between different units. Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are welcome to apply. The role requires business casual attire; scrubs are allowed but not mandatory. Charting will be done using remote client software and mobile applications. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Travelers are expected to demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in patient interactions. The environment prioritizes minimizing travel time between patient visits to enhance productivity. Compliance with established protocols and best practices in patient care is essential. References covering work experience are required before employment. The emphasis is on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations.
