Strategic Insights Excellence & Operations Associate Now Hiring: Strategic Insights Excellence & Operations Associate Are you an experienced operations or contracts professional with strong SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source experience? This could be a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly regulated biotech environment and support strategic operations across contracting, procurement, compliance, and market research. 2+ years of SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source experience Strong end-to-end contract management experience, managing 100+ contracts per month Experience tracking contracts from draft through final signature Experience managing procurement/requisition workflows through financial approval and PO creation Comfortable navigating complex systems, processes, and ambiguity Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills What You'll Do Manage high-volume contract workflows, including NDAs, SOWs, and Change Orders Create and submit contract and financial requisitions using SAP/Ariba and Coupa/Spend Source Research and manage vendor/supplier information Coordinate workflows across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams Serve as a key operational point of contact for SIPE processes Support market research and social listening compliance, data quality, documentation, and audit readiness Identify process improvements and help standardize workflows Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive contracts and requests through completion Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively drive them to resolution Nice to Have Experience in: Contracts administration, legal operations, or procurement Biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another highly regulated industry SpringCM Market research or compliance operations Process automation or digital transformation AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, and enjoy figuring out complex processes, I'd love to connect!
