Paramount Tech is hiring an AI Platforms and Orchestration Lead to architect the enterprise AI orchestration framework — integrating automation, RPA, and multi-agent systems — and build secure, scalable MLOps infrastructure on Azure. $124,000 – $186,000 / yr Location — Seniority Lead Compared with 41 other Engineering roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role What you'll need Responsibilities Design and implement the AI orchestration layer connecting automation engines, AI agents, and enterprise applications Build infrastructure pipelines supporting AI/ML deployment and Azure web services across cloud environments Define and enforce standards for MLOps, APIs, observability, and compliance Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into reusable AI platform components Ensure adherence to AI guardrails, SLAs, and security/compliance standards Experience 8+ years in infrastructure architecture, AI platforms, or enterprise systems integration with Python and API-based services Common Strong Azure cloud expertise including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-native deployments Demonstrated technical-lead experience with distributed teams and enterprise-scale AI/automation solutions Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, or RAG patterns Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) Unique API-driven services development (FastAPI, YAML/JSON config), Docker, and cloud-native deployment Observability/monitoring for distributed AI platforms and MLOps / model lifecycle management Strong cross-functional collaboration and technical communication Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
