Caregivers Wanted!

We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

Join our dedicated team as a Care Professional at Home Instead in West Indianapolis, IN. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client well being.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and care plans to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

Previous experience in care giving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to reach clients' homes within Indianapolis, IN.
Background check and drug screening clearance.
