Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide regular updates on progress through well-documented clinical notes.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, facilitating both in-depth individual therapy sessions and group sessions as appropriate.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a therapeutic environment that emphasizes trust and mutual respect.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to ensure clients achieve their therapeutic goals, guiding them toward optimal mental well-being.

• Coordinate treatment efforts with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and family members to ensure an integrated approach to each client's care.

• Prepare and submit clinical documentation, adhering to company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
