Why This Role MattersIT Business Analysts bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping CR&R modernize operations through projects like our Salesforce Customer Service implementation and custom application development.What You'll DoGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departmentsSupport the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentationAssist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specificationsCreate process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teamsPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rolloutSupport data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systemsAssist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systemsCollaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome)Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPay & ScheduleHourly / Salary Range: _$32/hour non-exempt_______________Monday - Friday, standard business hoursAbout UsCR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California’s leading waste and recycling services providers, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states.
