IT Business Analyst: Salesforce & Custom App Projects

CR&R Incorporated is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, supporting our Salesforce Customer Service rollout and custom application development. You will gather requirements, document workflows and user stories, participate in configuration, testing, and UAT, and help with data mapping, migration, and validation. You’ll also assist with training materials and end-user support while collaborating across IT, operations, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced #J-18808-Ljbffr CR&R
