Mind 24-7 in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support patients during crisis stabilization and psychiatric care. This on-site role works closely with nursing and clinical teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and deliver compassionate care. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of behavioral health experience, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain). #J-18808-Ljbffr MIND 24-7
