• Should have in depth knowledge with Testing techniques and standards.
• Experience creating Test Strategy and Test Plans.
• Experience leading teams in test case creation and design
• Should have min 3 years experience working as Testing lead in a large scale project.
• Should have experience in working with team structure in onshore/offshore model.
• Should have work experience in detailed status reporting and leading the Defect management calls.
• Should have experience with Agile
• Experience with Jira and dashboard creation for test tracking
• Nice to have working experience with Empower
• Knowledge of Home Equity and Mortgage in banking
