Sales Development Representative

iWorQ and TextMyGov are sister software companies that help local governments better serve their communities through innovative technology solutions. We are looking for motivated, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team in Logan, Utah.

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with city and county government agencies across the United States. You'll build relationships, identify opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations for our Account Executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and wants to build a long-term career in technology sales.

What You'll Do

• Make 75+ outbound calls daily to cities, counties, and local government agencies throughout the U.S.
• Research prospects and build your own pipeline of opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers and identify business needs.
• Introduce software solutions from iWorQ and TextMyGov.
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect records within our CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to drive growth.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• PC proficient and comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or outreach experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

• $16/hour base pay
• $20 bonus for every qualified demo set
• 10%-20% commission opportunities
• Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000-$60,000+ annually
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn more and advance quickly
