People Operations Lead

Role: Lead the People Operations team, overseeing daily HR transactions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of People Operations Specialists, establishing performance expectations and providing coaching. Oversee HRIS transactions including hires, job changes, terminations, and other employee data updates. Monitor operational metrics, review escalated issues, and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements. Standardize and improve operational processes, supporting system enhancements and change management. Analyze workload trends, prepare reports, and implement process improvements for efficiency and service quality. Partner with HRIS and SME teams to resolve issues and support system testing and deployment. Conduct quality reviews and audits to maintain data integrity and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Experience building, documenting, and improving processes and policies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle high-volume workloads with attention to detail. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, familiarity with Workday HCM, process improvement, and advanced reporting skills. Work Environment & Requirements Standard office setting, occasional lifting, and handling confidential information.
