POSITION NOTICE
SUBSTITUTE SECRETARY
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Strong people skills with the ability to respond to the public in a pleasant and efficient manner. Other clerical duties may be assumed as directed by the School Principal or front office staff. Basic Macintosh computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft WORD and Excel are essential. Typing, clerical, organizational, interpersonal communication skills and public relation skills are necessary.REQUIREMENTS :
Completed Background Check Form through the Regional Office of Education #30 Completed Health Exam by a Certified Physician Completed TB Exam by a Certified PhysicianSCHEDULE :
