Automotive Sales Consultant – Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram | Bemidji, MN

Full-Time | Bemidji, MN 56601 | Earning potential $50,000–$150,000/year through performance pay and bonuses

Do people tend to trust you? Do you do what you say you'll do? At Bemidji Chrysler Center, those two traits matter more than a long sales résumé. We're adding a Sales Consultant to our showroom team. You'll help local families and businesses find the right vehicle, and you'll build a book of customers who come back to you for years.

Sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you're friendly, driven, and coachable, we'll train you on the rest.

A Typical Day

• Welcome walk-in and appointment customers and find out what they really need in a vehicle
• Walk customers through features and take them on test drives
• Handle the whole sale, from the first conversation to handing over the keys
• Keep in touch with shoppers and past buyers by phone, text, and email, which is where referrals come from
• Log customer activity in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
• Learn our new and used inventory so you can match the right vehicle to the right person
• Work with finance and service so every customer has a smooth experience

• Enjoy meeting new people and are comfortable starting conversations
• Set goals for yourself and like being paid for your results
• Are reliable, organized, and work well with a team
• Can use a computer, smartphone, and basic software comfortably
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Can work some Saturdays
