Location: Ava, MO
Employment type: Full-time
Pay compensation: $75,000-$95,000 - "Based on experience"

Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services based on physician referrals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home exercise programs.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation support staff as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Experience with EMR systems preferred.
