Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager Location: Columbus, Ohio Duration: Contract - 12 months (possibility of extension; FTE conversion option) Pay Range: $51/hr to $54/hr (W2) Job Description We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The candidate will have experience in product-focused business analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and drive them through implementation with quality . Responsibilities: Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems. Partner with product management to prioritize and refine the team backlog. Work closely with clients and technology teams to capture, document, and validate business requirements. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery. Manage Scrum ceremonies and support day-to-day team operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong product background with experience translating product strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria. Proven experience working with Scrum teams and managing backlogs. Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter with minimal supervision. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems testing. 3-6 years of relevant business analyst or product analyst experience. Preferred Skills: Experience with cross-functional product delivery in Agile environments. Familiarity with backlog and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
