About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer to spearhead the development and launch of innovative, science-backed consumer products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing product team, driving the innovation strategy, and ensuring that all product offerings are of the highest quality, compliant, and commercially successful. This role demands a true builder with a deep understanding of the industry, capable of setting a clear vision, and leading the team to deliver on that vision. The Chief Product Officer will also be instrumental in creating and scaling systems, and multiplying impact by consistently leading the team to be the best in their respective functions. Applicants for the Chief Product Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the supplements, functional food, or adjacent CPG categories. The role requires a proven track record in launching and scaling successful consumer products, as well as deep fluency in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial instincts, be adept at connecting product decisions to brand and business outcomes, and be committed to excellence and continuous improvement. The company values individuals who are proactive, resourceful, and who can leverage AI and other tools to enhance the quality and speed of product development.
