We’re looking for a detail-oriented & experienced HVAC installation technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, & ductwork systems to manufacturer & codes by local jurisdiction.

As an HVAC installation technician, you will work as part of a dynamic team providing a 5-star customer experience by utilizing your expertise in the HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate has the technical skills to understand wiring diagrams, local codes, installation of equipment, while ensuring the equipment is configured and operates properly. Ready to join our growing HVAC team? The position will be based in the field, with your very own company-provided take-home truck for Lead Installers

Level 2 Installers needed as well !!!!

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
• Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
• Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
