Position Summary

The Laborer is accountable for assisting with restoration and remediation initiatives, which can include water extraction, fire and smoke damage cleaning, mold and biohazard remediation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Must regularly and directly communicate with and report to Production Manager.

Water extraction and set up drying equipment.

Mold/sewage removal and cleaning.

Fire/smoke damage cleaning.

Biohazard remediation.

Complete detailed documentation and take photos.

Clean vehicles and shop daily.

Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Valid driver's License.

Reliable transportation.

Must be flexible in work hours. Willing to work weekends, nights, on-call, after hours rotation.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Pass a post-offer background check for base clearances.

Pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.

Verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

IICRC Certification.

Work location: In person.
