GOA-TECH is seeking a Help Desk Specialist with an IT background to provide top-tier support for our team and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Zoho CRM and other tools, and maintain IT systems in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and English at C1 level (Spanish a plus).
