Talent Acquisition Director

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead executive-level recruiting strategy with a focus on building strong leadership pipelines across the organization. You will partner closely with senior HR leaders and executives to strengthen internal talent development, expand external candidate engagement, and support succession planning. The position also plays an important role in hiring strategy for newly acquired businesses and in reducing dependence on agency support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Proactively source and manage a pipeline of high-potential executive talent Cultivate long-term relationships with current and prospective leaders through engagement activities Develop in-house talent pipelines to reduce reliance on agency recruitment Monitor and document the career progression of leaders for succession planning Execute recruitment strategies for integrating newly acquired businesses Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Vice-President and C-suite roles In-depth knowledge of executive search strategies and talent assessment methodologies Proven track record in internal talent development and external candidate engagement Strong proficiency in using social media and digital recruitment tools to connect with talent Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Benefits Opportunity to shape and influence talent acquisition strategies at a senior level Access to advanced recruitment tools and platforms Direct collaboration with senior HR leaders and executives Professional development opportunities within executive recruitment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
