A Typical Night for a CMT at Foxwood Springs:

As a CMT, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents during the night hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct Resident Support: Assisting in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that is conducive to the best interest and welfare of our residents.

• Independent Judgment: Exercising independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks, understanding that your responsibilities extend beyond routine care to ensure resident well-being.

• Medication Administration: Administering or assisting with self-administration of medication and treatments with precision and care. This includes observing residents' responses to existing treatment plans, recognizing prominent medication interactions and side effects, and promptly notifying the Supervisor of any concerns.

• Meticulous Record Keeping: Maintaining residents' records daily in a timely and accurate manner.

• Inventory Control: Completing an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with established policies.

• Maintaining a Safe Environment: Delegating job responsibilities and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room to ensure a safe community.

What You'll Bring to Our Team:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable professional who is committed to providing high-quality care:

• Valid State License/Certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT).

• Insulin Certification is required for this role.

• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently , demonstrating strong initiative.

• Possess reliable transportation .
