E2E Tech / QA Lead Testing (Banking Domain)

Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite from day 1 (5 Days/Week)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E2E Tech Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery for Business Banking initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business banking data, application integrations, solution design, QA/testing, and cross-functional technical leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end technical owner for Business Banking initiatives.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Business Banking data and processes .

• Lead solution design for real-time and batch integrations across applications and platforms.

• Define and enforce technical architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.

• Lead testing strategy, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities.

• Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture stakeholders.

• Lead large, cross-functional delivery teams and drive successful technical outcomes.

• Ensure technical solutions meet enterprise quality, scalability, security, and performance standards.
