Here, our teammates are united by our mission, and take ownership in creating a healthy workplace environment that promotes strong bodies, clear minds, and a culture of respect and belonging for all.**Who You Are:**We are looking for a Commercial Innovation Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team, supporting the Bloom beverage business (Bloom Sparkling Energy, Bloom Pop, new platforms). This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of innovation, commercial strategy, brand, operations and cross-functional execution. You will support the day-to-day management & execution of Bloom's beverage innovation & renovation calendar — tracking timelines, coordinating across teams, building forecasts, and helping ensure that every new product enters the market with the right commercial strategy behind it. You are organized, analytical, and energized by the pace of a fast-growing brand.**What You're Good At:*** Lead and guide team on commercial innovation recommendations, including format and pack sizes across Energy and Pop. (Recommendations based on strong competitive, category and channel insights)* Support beverage commercial innovation calendar: leading format and pack recommendations, managing commercial briefs, owning timelines and channel nuances. Brief inputs include size of prize, ramp up expectations, mix recommendations.* Serve as key point of contact for commercial innovation milestones and deliverables, working with brand, ops, sales and other key stakeholders. Represent Bloom at stage gate and integration meetings.* Understand and collaborate on P&Ls for beverage commercial launches* Partner with key cross functionals: brand, insights, R&D, supply chain, finance* Support in volume forecasting for NPD, partnering with demand planning team* Support in GTM plan and timing for all innovation launches* Support the development of the total customer-facing package for line reviews, joint business planning (JBP), and retailer sell-in* Support portfolio assortment decisions at both the total and channel level — understanding which SKUs, pack sizes, and formats are right for each retailer and occasion**What You Contribute:*** 4-5 years in CPG required (minimum 2 years at manager level), beverage experience preferred* Experience with sales partners and operational teams* Stage Gate Experience a plus* Analytical and proficient with interpreting syndicated data for business performance (such as IRI, Neilsen, Spins)* Ability to translate analytical learning to insights and business case* Proven experience in managing commercial aspects of innovation working with cross functional teams* Comfortable with a very fast-paced and nimble environment* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously**Why Nutrabolt?**Wellness BenefitsNutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.Lifestyle PerksWe offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
