We’reseekinga passionate ProgramSupervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP)who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. Location: (Onsite)2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break) In this role, you will: Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions Document all necessary information in our EHR platform (AdvancedMD) Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey Benefits and Perks: Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation$70,000-$80,000 commensurate to years of experience and licensure Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental vision, EAP services and more 401k match up to 4% 80 hours of PTO accrual (10 days) plus up to 5 sick/wellness accrued days off / 6 paid holidays
