You're an excellent candidate for our Health Assistant position, if you have a passion for working with children, are energized by working in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• One year clerical experience or health office experience
• Current knowledge of basic health and safety procedures
• Aptitude for health services
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment
• Commitment to customer service

The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools and 1 preschool). The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees’ needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide.
