Human Resources Generalist

Katy, TX – On-Site Only

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist to join our growing team in Katy, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys full ownership of HR operations and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

In this on-site position, you will lead day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic HR initiatives. You’ll serve as a key partner to leadership and employees, handling a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
• Maintain HR records, HRIS systems, and reporting
• Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Partner with managers on talent development, retention, and organizational growth

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary : $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience (HR Generalist or Manager level)
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
