Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional assistance. Resolve routine customer concerns efficiently and courteously. Build positive customer relationships through outstanding service. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities. Support customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Follow company customer service standards and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000–$44,000 annually).
