Escrow Assistant – temp for up to 90 days A well-known title service company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to support a busy team of Escrow Officers during a medical leave This role is ideal for someone with prior escrow experience who can step in quickly, assist with daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help keep transactions moving smoothly from opening through closing. You'll be joining a highly collaborative team that values training, support, and teamwork while helping create an outstanding homebuying experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Support Escrow Officers with daily transaction activities, including document preparation, file maintenance, title requirements, funding support, and closing coordination. Communicate directly with buyers, lenders, agents, and internal teams to provide transaction updates, verify wire instructions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage incoming calls, assist at the reception desk as needed, and serve as a professional first point of contact for customers and business partners. Utilize SoftPro , Close Simple, Outlook, and related systems to track files, process documentation, and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the office, including handling paperwork, coordinating closing-related activities, and supporting funding and post-closing processes. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of escrow experience required. SoftPro experience is strongly preferred and considered a key requirement. Understanding of escrow processes, terminology, and transaction flow with minimal training needed. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
