RECRUITER
The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc.
Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Recruiter will lead full‑lifecycle recruiting efforts: researching, developing, and implementing hiring strategies to attract qualified talent to support the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts. The role includes sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding fundraising talent and other roles across the organization. The position is on‑site in Norman, Oklahoma. Responsibilities Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for all positions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions. Manage onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field. 2‑4 years of experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring. SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred. Familiarity with advancement/fundraising processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc.
