Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as a core member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer to translate overarching corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, optimize day-to-day business operations, and drive scalable organizational growth. In this role, the COO will oversee daily operations across cross-functional departmentsincluding supply chain, customer success, human resources, IT, and facilitiesto maximize efficiency, compliance, and productivity. Key responsibilities include standardizing workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks, managing operational budgets, setting critical key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying risks to ensure regulatory compliance. Beyond tactical execution, the COO is responsible for building and mentoring high-performing functional leaders, cultivating an organizational culture of accountability and innovation, and guiding the enterprise through periods of change and transformation. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of operational leadership experience, including 5 or more years in a senior executive capacity with a proven track record of scaling business operations and driving measurable financial performance.
