UX and Product Leaders: Customer Research Workflows

What You'll Do
Walk us through your end-to-end process for running customer research Discuss the software tools you currently use and why you selected them Explain your budget allocation and purchasing triggers for new research platforms React to potential product messaging and go-to-market concepts
Who Should Apply
Currently working in product, UX, marketing, or insights at a small organization Hands-on experience running or commissioning customer research projects Involvement in tool selection or budget decisions for your team Comfortable joining a remote video call to discuss your workflows
Contract & Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule. Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payment is issued as soon as your work is approved. We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
