Position Overview Security Officer – Full time; 8‑hour variable shifts; 40 hours per week at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center, Kodiak, AK. Responsibilities Under supervision performs all technical duties relative to maintaining a safe and secure environment. Required Qualifications Upon request: Driving may be necessary. Candidates must comply with state driving laws, provide proof of driver license and auto insurance when requested. Experience with various computer programs, databases, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications 3 years experience in security or military. 1 year experience in healthcare security. Pay Base pay range: $23.39 – $35.78 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
