UAS/Counter-UAS Senior Account Executive - Business Development

Job Responsibilities Lead business development for a suite of agency and commercial accounts, identify, qualify, and prosecute opportunities, expand the annual pipeline, compete in incumbent and non‑incumbent workstreams, strengthen the competitive posture, lead strategic teaming, develop and present white papers, drive technical and acquisition client call plans, and select pursue or no‑pursuit decisions. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities. Develop customized targeted sales strategies in line with the Group Strategic Plan. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions. Pre‑position solutions for client RFPs and collaborate with business area leaders to secure, retain, and grow accounts. Create and deliver informative presentations to potential clients at meetings and industry exhibits. Maintain a sales pipeline and administration using Salesforce and collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education/experience). 12+ years of combined experience in Business Development, Autonomous Unmanned Systems/Counter‑Unmanned Systems, or DoD Acquisition. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Extensive experience with DoD & IC government organizations. Demonstrated execution of business development with little or no supervision. Ability to assess the competitive field, including price and non‑price factors. Preferred Qualifications Active Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Established relationships with senior leaders across DoD, DHS, and industry in the Autonomous Unmanned/Counter‑Unmanned Systems market. Experience across multiple aspects of the business growth process, including proposal solutioning and BOE development. Compensation U.S.: $230,000 and up, DOE.
