A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are seeking to hire a Registered Dietitian . $75K to $80K annually based on skills and experience. Registered Dietitian Qualifications Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) registration through the Commission of Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association. MS or BS degree plus completion of a dietetic internship program. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care. Knowledge of current best practices in medical nutrition therapy. Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulatory guidelines, MDS and standards impacting Clinical Nutrition department in Long-Term Care. Excellent client services, organization and communication skills are essential. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Point Click Care. Registered Dietitian Job Summary Work effectively with the Clinical team to provide comprehensive nutrition support for our acute, and long-term care residents.
