About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its non-profit organization, which has been a key player in the region's IT community since 1996. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking and proactive leader, responsible for engaging and collaborating with board members, staff, and various stakeholders to support the strategic initiatives and interests of the organization. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's impact, membership, and sponsorship revenue, and requires a strong executive presence, experience in business development or community engagement, and the ability to build and nurture relationships within the technology ecosystem. As the Executive Director, you will work closely with the board to set and align the organization's strategy, manage operations, and ensure financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include executive leadership, operations management, sponsorship and revenue growth, membership and community expansion, and the development of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary, comfortable engaging with senior technology leaders, and adept at articulating the value of the organization's programs and events.
