Thrive Autism Collaborative is a multi-disciplinary group of autism professionals who, in addition to providing services individually, also consult together as a team so families can benefit from the breadth of experience and expertise they have to offer. The group provides intervention to children and adults with autism and related disorders from 12 months through the age-span, emphasizing evidence-based, naturalistic, and play-based interventions for young children. We also offer services to young adults and children who benefit from a multi-faceted approach and behavior analytic services, primarily serving the metro Denver area while consulting nationwide. Benefit to You Opportunity to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with support from our nationally‑recognized BCBAs Personalized growth and development within our organization Professional development opportunities – such as continuing education, conferences, workshops, and a variety of certifications The ability to expand your experience by working with a wide variety of needs, ages, and demographics The chance to build relationships within the autism community Job Description Provide 1:1 therapy to young children, early and older elementary school‑aged students in a variety of settings including the clinic, office, home, community, and via telehealth, focusing on instruction in the naturalistic environment. Keep children engaged in motivating, naturalistic, intensive therapy throughout the treatment session. Collect data daily during all treatment sessions. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and respond appropriately to all challenging behaviors. Monitor student progress and collaborate with lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to modify instruction, programming, or behavior plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide uniform, high‑quality treatment. Attend monthly team meetings for all clients. Hours of therapy may range between 8 am‑7 pm. Salary and Position Type Part‑time and full‑time (30 hours of direct service a week) Flexible hours Competitive pay BCBA supervision for candidates seeking certification Medical benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance (full‑time only) Short‑term disability (full‑time only) Paid time off Bonus Qualifications What We Need: 2+ years working with children with disabilities, providing either ABA therapy or special education services as a teaching assistant, therapist, or teacher A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, communication disorders, special education, behavior analysis or a related field Willingness to learn new therapeutic skills, focusing on naturalistic intervention in typical settings A love of learning and teaching, and a desire to improve your practice Physically able to perform job responsibilities (active movement, lifting up to 40 lbs.) Reliable transportation Our Preferred Experience: Current RBT certification 2+ years implementing ABA therapy with significant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Natural Environment Training (NET), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), or Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapy Some master’s coursework in Early Childhood Special Education or Applied Behavior Analysis A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, communication disorders, special education, behavior analysis or a related field All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thrive Autism Collaborative
