About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate VP for Transformation and Program Delivery with a focus on strategically implementing government programs and contracts. A minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in health plan management, with at least 5 years' of experience in government as a client and government contracting reporting requirements, is essential. The role also demands a background in IT project implementations and a proven track record in leading large-scale healthcare client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the context of government programs, and be adept at managing change and driving transformation within a complex and dynamic environment.
