Remodeling Sales Consultant (Project Consultant)Coors Remodeling, Inc. – Lafayette, IN (47905)Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Limited Weekends)Pay & Benefits$80,000–$100,000 annually (salary + commission)401(k)Medical, dental, vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) + holiday payOngoing training & career growth opportunitiesSupportive leadership + team environmentAbout the RoleCoors Remodeling is looking for a Remodeling Sales Consultant to help homeowners bring their projects to life-from initial consultation through closing the sale.This is a client-facing role where you'll:Meet with homeowners and assess project needsTake measurements and build project estimatesPresent solutions and proposalsClose sales and guide clients through the remodeling processYou'll also participate in home shows and events to help generate new leads.ScheduleMonday –Friday scheduleLimited weekend work (as needed for events or appointments)Mix of in-home client meetings and in-field workWhat You'll NeedExperience in residential construction or remodeling salesKnowledge of:Siding, windows, doors, roofingKitchens, bathrooms, decks, patiosStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to use technology for estimates and proposalsSelf-motivated and comfortable closing salesAbout Coors RemodelingFor over 30 years, Coors Remodeling has been serving the Lafayette area with high-quality interior, exterior, and custom design remodeling projects.
