At Trillium Works!, our highly trained Job Coaches are thoughtful, patient, innovative, and committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers and build independence in the workplace. From the morning pick up to the afternoon drop offs, job coaches spend their day in a mentor role assuring that people have autonomy in their own success. Job Coach (DSP) Direct Support Professional Requirements: Be 18 years of age or older Have a high school diploma, or GED Ability to pass a MN Background Study Have and maintain a valid Driver's License & Use of a reliable and insured vehicle NO experience necessary we will train you on everything you need to learn! Job Coach (DSP) Direct Support Professional Schedule: Part-time Typically between 8am and 3pm.
