Pharmacist Specialist - RWJBarnabas Health At RWJBarnabas Health, the Pharmacist Specialist plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care across the hospital setting. With a focus on critical care and emergency medicine, they provide specialized clinical pharmacy services to patients across all age groups while exercising considerable independent clinical decision-making. They are responsible for medication preparation, dispensing, monitoring, medication utilization, education, and quality improvement while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
