Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, order appropriate diagnostic testing, and develop tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic conditions either independently or in collaboration with a supervising physician
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness practices, and management of health conditions
• Prescribe medications and therapies in line with your scope of practice
• Engage in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain meticulous documentation within electronic medical record systems (EMR)

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
