Schedule

48 hours per week. Overtime is billable after 48 hours.

Assignment Details

Current census: 105 total residents. Staffing is split evenly among four halls based on acuity levels. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 4 nurses during the day shift and 3 nurses during the NOC shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience, ideally in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Active nursing license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Document patient assessments and nursing interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
