Blending deep production and industrial engineering expertise with strong business acumen, you will architect operational readiness, facilitate Lean 3P (Production Preparation Process) events, and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure seamless execution across global sites in the US and India. You excel at cross‑cultural communication, have a strong analytical mindset, and are skilled in failure analysis, quality assurance, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
