Senior Specialist, North America Export

Senior Specialist position managing US export orders and customer service for pharmaceutical manufacturing logistics. Responsible for order management, forecast accuracy, shipping documentation, and supply chain communication across North America regions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and manage incoming customer forecasts and export orders
• Coordinate with Planning & Logistics to ensure forecast accuracy and product availability
• Generate and submit required shipment documentation for customs clearance
• Communicate order status changes to customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with company initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field with 5+ years experience
• High school diploma with 9+ years supply chain experience (alternative)
• Extensive ERP-based order-to-cash management experience
• Knowledge of freight terms, transportation modes, and trade compliance
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking for solving time-sensitive operational challenges
• SAP ECC and GTS experience preferred

Compensation: $106,200–$167,200 base
