Candidates with a proven track record of executing production processes will be considered. The scope of the work will include, but is not limited to, hands-on tasks associated with operation of production processing equipment, assembling components, maintaining production records, and other tasks associated with manufacturing Truvian's consumables. This individual must be capable of reading and/or hearing and understanding detailed instructions, to perform accurate, repeatable production process steps. Build product subassemblies or final assembliesTest products or subassemblies for functionality or quality. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specificationsSet up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating proceduresMeasure and record data associated with operating equipment. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivityProvide production, progress, or changeover feedback to shift supervisorsClean production equipment or work areasSeparate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally sound disposal. Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuseOther duties to be assignedWhat you will bring:High School DiplomaA minimum of 1 year of cGMP, ISO 13485 industry experience.Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colorsAbility to read and carefully follow instructions written in EnglishExperience in a start-up and/or pilot production environmentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsBasic Computer Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio. Hourly range $17.75 - $21.00. The salary range for this position represents the anticipated range for qualified candidates. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, training, certifications, internal equity, market data, and business needs.
