Job Description Job Description The Construction Laborer will support a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, primarily working within small teams of 1-5 people. This role involves day shifts and focuses on basic hand and power tool operation, site preparation, and general labor tasks essential to maintaining efficient and safe job sites. Responsibilities Handle and transport construction materials on site Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of the work area Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing Maintain and care for tools and equipment Load and unload construction materials and supplies Support skilled tradespersons as needed to facilitate project completion Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in construction labor Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong time management skills Proven reliability and punctuality
