Client Services/IT Technical Support Representative
The Client Services/IT Technical Support Representative is an integral position in DMA's implementation and ongoing support department. The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of skills and abilities to effectively communicate with peers and clients (Inbound/Outbound Calls, e-mail, etc.), as well as fundamental coding and IT development. The successful candidate must be able to leverage a range of communication and technical talents.
